Terms of Use

Last updated: September 5, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://trimosolutions.lc and its content, features, and contact channels (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by M. Adrien, trading as TriMo Solutions, a business name registered in Saint Lucia under registration number 2025/B1429 (“TriMo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our business address is 18 Broglie Street, Castries, Saint Lucia.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about TriMo and its technology consulting and related services. Site content is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal, financial, procurement, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before relying on Site content.

The Site is not an offer to provide services. Any services, deliverables, fees, schedules, warranties, confidentiality obligations, intellectual-property rights, or other commercial terms must be set out in a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

Eligibility and Authority

You may use the Site only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization in connection with your use of the Site.

Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for lawful informational and business purposes. You may download or print reasonable portions of publicly available Site content for your internal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not remove proprietary notices.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • use the Site unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a manner that infringes another person’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, systems, networks, source code, or data;
  • introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or excessive traffic;
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Site content or personal data except as permitted by law and with our written authorization;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or intentions;
  • interfere with Site operation, security, or other users;
  • use Site content to create a competing database, directory, or commercial service; or
  • use TriMo names, logos, or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without written permission.

Submissions Through the Site

The Site allows you to send business inquiries, project information, and professional background information. You must have the right to provide all information and materials you submit.

Do not use the Site to submit classified, controlled unclassified, export-controlled, procurement-sensitive, source-selection-sensitive, trade-secret, credential, or other restricted or highly sensitive information. If information requires protection under a nondisclosure agreement or other special handling requirements, contact TriMo before transmitting it.

Submitting information through the Site does not create a client, contractor, teaming, employment, fiduciary, or other business relationship; constitute a binding proposal or offer; or obligate TriMo to respond or engage. Personal information included in a submission will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Any separate written agreement between you and TriMo controls in the event of a conflict.

Unless we separately agree in writing to confidentiality, an unsolicited submission is not subject to a duty of confidentiality. This provision does not authorize us to disregard applicable privacy law or misuse information protected by law.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original text, graphics, design, software, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to TriMo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited permission expressly granted in these Terms, no right or licence is granted to you.

Names, logos, and marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party products or organizations do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

The Site may link to or interact with third-party services, including WhatsApp and other external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By submitting information through the Site, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in that Policy.

Site Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that Site content will always be accurate, complete, or current.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties and representations concerning the Site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TriMo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from or related to the Site, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TriMo’s total liability arising from or related to the Site will not exceed the greater of one hundred Eastern Caribbean dollars (EC$100) or the amount, if any, you paid specifically to access the Site during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify TriMo against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Site, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from TriMo’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or wilful misconduct.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, threatened Site security, or used the Site unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and disputes.

Governing Law and Courts

These Terms and disputes arising from or related to the Site are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any right that cannot lawfully be waived, the courts of Saint Lucia have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a lawful transfer or reorganization of the business.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement governing use of the Site. They do not replace a separate written agreement for services or another business relationship.
